It has been established that the report about Nigerian politician and cum singer Banky W and his former signee, Niyola, is false.
According to Naija News, on Saturday, June 24, rumors circulated online that Banky W had cheated on his wife, Adesua Etomi.
The Instagram blogger who broke the news said that Banky W got pregnant with his sidekick and asked her to have an abortion, but she refused, especially since she had already had two children with him.
The singer was also alleged to have had an affair with the sidekick prior to his marriage to Adesua Etomi, according to the blog.
Many Twitter users were shocked by the report, especially considering that the couple frequently posts photos of their romantic moments online.
Additionally, some fans prayed that the allegations prove to be false.
Banky W invited his fans and followers to a church program about overcoming pornography in the midst of the social media craze.
He wrote:
“Don’t miss church tomorrow. It is Series Finale. Glad to be wrapping up ‘The Road to Freedom’ series with bankywellington this Sunday. Chains of Pornography will be broken by the word. Invite someone as you come. Jesus is Lord”
Naija News contacted a source close to the couple’s family and he confirmed that the report is false, stressing that such reports have been lingering since last year.
