The Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, has given the Federal Government a seven-day final proposal to switch all perceived anti-poor policies, including the new hike for the pump cost of petroleum, or face an indefinite nationwide strike from August 2.

Thusly, the NLC has coordinated every one of its members and state chambers to promptly start preparation mobilisation of workers and different Nigerians, including civil society partners, for a long-lasting strike and mass protests should the government neglect to fulfill its needs.
