Since being hospitalized in April for an unidentified "medical complication," American actor, Jamie Foxx has provided an update on his recovery.

"I went through something I never thought I would go through." To be honest, I didn't want you to see me as that man, but I know a lot of people were waiting for an update. The Oscar-winning actor didn't say much about the health condition he was dealing with. He said he didn't disclose his condition since he didn't believe individuals should see him in that state.
“I know a lot of people were waiting or wanting to hear updates, but I just didn't want you to see me as that man, to be honest with you. I maintain that you should see me chuckling, living it up celebrating, telling a wisecrack, doing a film, TV program. I didn't want you to see me with tubes coming out of my mouth and wondering if I would make it.
The God Is a Shot entertainer proceeded to share his appreciation for his sister and little girl and their help all through his recuperation, saying they "saved my life."
"To them, to God, to a ton of incredible clinical individuals, I'm ready to leave you this video. I can't express how wonderful it is to have your family step in in such a way; you all know that they kept everything sealed, kept nothing out, and protected me, and I wish that everyone could have that in times like these." He stated
