According to Mike Enahoro-Ebah, who was summoned by the PDP to testify before the Presidential Election Petitions Court, Tinubu used the name "Bola Adekunle Tinubu" and stated that he was a woman when he sent a transcript from the South West College in the United States in 1977.
The PDP also submitted certified copies of a notarized judgment from a US court ordering Tinubu to forfeit $460,000 and a copy of his Guinean passport.

After hearing objections from INEC counsel Abubakar Mahmoud (SAN), a panel of five justices led by Justice Haruna Tsammani admitted them; Tinubu's Emmanuel Ukala (SAN) and Lateef Fagbemi (SAN) from the APC
The witness denied spending a lot of money to pursue the case against Tinubu during cross-examination by counsel for INEC, claiming that the lawyer partner in the United States obtained the documents for free.
