A witness for the People's Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate for president, Atiku Abubakar, has said that President Bola Tinubu said he was a woman when he applied to Chicago State University in the United States.
The PDP also submitted certified copies of a notarized judgment from a US court ordering Tinubu to forfeit $460,000 and a copy of his Guinean passport.
After hearing objections from INEC counsel Abubakar Mahmoud (SAN), a panel of five justices led by Justice Haruna Tsammani admitted them; Tinubu's Emmanuel Ukala (SAN) and Lateef Fagbemi (SAN) from the APC
The witness denied spending a lot of money to pursue the case against Tinubu during cross-examination by counsel for INEC, claiming that the lawyer partner in the United States obtained the documents for free.
Additionally, the witness admitted that he was hurt when his candidate lost the presidential election on February 25.
