A B.Sc. is included in the papers. certificate of service from Mobil Nigeria Oil Plc, a discharge from the NYSC, and a certificate from Chicago State University.
Mike Enahoro-Ebah, a private attorney, was the PDP's subpoenaed witness, and he was responsible for bringing the documents to light.
He pointed out that the documents were signed "Bola Adekunle Tinubu" but claimed to have been obtained by Tinubu.
The witness presented the EC13 and EC9 nomination forms as well as the letters written to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as attachments, led in evidence by Chris Uche, the PDP's lead counsel.
Abubakar Mahmoud, Tinubu, Emmanuel Ukala, and Lateef Fagbemi, APC counsel, all objected to the documents' admissibility.
